Lead HR Applications Specialist

As a Senior HR Applications Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the administration and support of HR applications, particularly SuccessFactors, while collaborating closely with HRIS colleagues.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee and maintain the SuccessFactors platform, ensuring alignment with HRIS standards.
- Provide support for various HR-related software and applications.
- Diagnose and resolve issues reported by end users efficiently.
- Facilitate regular updates and patches in accordance with vendor schedules.
- Assist HR in defining and refining internal processes.
- Support the selection and implementation of tools based on identified HR requirements.
- Collaborate with external consultants and suppliers as necessary.
- Ensure data integrity and uphold system security by implementing best practices and adhering to relevant regulations.
- Deliver advanced technical support and problem-solving for HR systems.
- GCSE level education or an Apprenticeship in HR, IT, or Business.
- Comprehensive understanding of HR processes and tools.
- SAP Certification(s) is desirable but not mandatory.
