Position Summary
Wilson Tool International (Europe) Ltd is seeking a dedicated HR Administrator to support our operational functions within the manufacturing sector.
This position will focus on providing administrative assistance and first-line support to employees and the HR department. The standard working hours for this role are from 8am to 4pm, Monday to Thursday, and 8am to 3pm on Fridays.
Core Responsibilities
- Support the HR team in the onboarding process for new benefits providers.
- Facilitate recruitment processes, including job postings, CV management, interview scheduling, and candidate feedback.
- Monitor and report on employee absences, ensuring accurate records and addressing any issues that arise.
- Maintain and update employee records within HR systems, including transitioning personnel files to a digital format.
- Oversee the e-learning platform to ensure compliance with safety training requirements.
- Coordinate logistics for employee visits, including accommodation and itineraries.
- Prepare and distribute a weekly employee newsletter, ensuring noticeboards are updated with pertinent information.
- Manage the occupational health program.
- Perform general HR administrative tasks, such as processing eye test letters, DVLA checks, pay adjustments, and ordering uniforms and PPE.
- Assist in coordinating internal safety audits and provide administrative support related to safety initiatives.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in an HR Administration role, preferably in a manufacturing context.
- CIPD Level 3 qualification or in progress.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Proficient in prioritizing tasks and managing varying workloads.
- Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with HRIS and Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Flexible and open to change, with a focus on process improvement.
