Job Overview

Position Summary: As a key member of the HR team, you will play a vital role in the administration and support of HR applications, particularly SuccessFactors, ensuring alignment with HRIS colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and provide support for SuccessFactors, collaborating closely with HRIS professionals.
  • Manage and support various HR-related software and applications.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues reported by end users efficiently.
  • Facilitate regular updates and patches in accordance with vendor cycles.
  • Assist HR in outlining and refining their internal processes.
  • Contribute to the selection and implementation of tools based on identified HR requirements.
  • Support external consultants and suppliers as necessary.
  • Ensure data integrity and security within systems, adhering to best practices and compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Provide advanced technical support and effective problem resolution for HR systems.
Qualifications:
  • GCSE level education or an Apprenticeship in HR, IT, or Business.
  • Familiarity with HR processes and tools.
  • SAP Certification(s) is a plus but not mandatory.
