About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Cleaning Operations Coordinator to join our team at Arcus Solutions.

As a Cleaning Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for supervising a team of cleaners and ensuring that our Sainsbury's store is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness.

You will be responsible for planning and coordinating cleaning schedules, monitoring and managing health and safety protocols, and supporting with recruiting and training your team.

Our ideal candidate will have experience of managing teams, stock management, and time recording, as well as dealing with employee relations matters such as investigations and performance management.

They will also have a degree of flexibility with working times required to meet business needs.

Health and safety is our top priority, so you will be on top of monitoring and managing this - not just for yourself, but for all others on site.

We will provide you with all the equipment and support you need to succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of cleaners to ensure high-quality cleaning standards are maintained
  • Plan and coordinate cleaning schedules to meet business needs
  • Monitor and manage health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
  • Support with recruiting and training new team members
  • Manage stock and time recording to ensure accurate payroll and inventory
  • Deal with employee relations matters such as investigations and performance management

  • A competitive hourly rate of £12.44
  • A 30-hour contract over 5 days
  • A Sunday day off
