The Role:
As a Senior Garden Centre Supervisor, you'll play a Key role in making our indoor & outdoor retail areas look great. You will be the driving force behind maintaining excellent shop standards and leading a team of knowledgeable, customer-focused colleagues.

what You'll Be Doing:
Coaching and developing your team, empowering them to excel in their roles.

Delighting our customers by offering expert advice on products that best suit their needs.

Operating tills and serving customers with a warm and friendly attitude.

Ensuring general housekeeping and cleanliness to maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
- Overseeing stock replenishment and merchandising to create an attractive shopping environment for our customers.

Managing stock inventory, bookings, and orders to keep our shelves well-stocked.

Planning for the coming year and placing pre-season orders as well as weekly orders
- Maintenance of stock through watering and health control to ensure minimum wastage
- Outdoor merchandising and presentation to optimise sales

Plant stock replenishment and merchandising to create fabulous plant displays

Look after and care for our plants ensuring they are always healthy and looking great for our customers

Advising our customers on suitable plants and products for their needs,

Working closely with the Garden Centre Manager to help the centre to succeed.

: Full time, alternate weekends.
