As a member of our dedicated support team at Hemmersbach, you will provide onsite technical assistance for Lab-based IT in pharmaceutical facilities. Your primary goal is to resolve tickets efficiently and ensure users are satisfied with the service provided.

In addition to your daily tasks, you may also have the opportunity to participate in an on-call rotation, for which you will receive additional compensation.
