About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Delivery Lead to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to completion, ensuring successful delivery within budget and schedule.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement corrective actions to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues
  • Conduct post-project reviews to evaluate performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
