About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Delivery Lead to join our team at UBDS Group. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects, meeting clients' expectations, and managing the overall delivery process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning and Management: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to achieve project objectives.
  • Client Management: Manage client relationships and serve as a point of contact for project updates and escalations.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that deliverables meet the required quality standards and are delivered on time.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, project management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in managing the delivery of projects, with a strong track record of success.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Tools and Methodologies: Proficient in project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
