Wealth Management Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Wealth Management Administrator to join our team at Artemis Recruitment Consultants Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and package financial planning reports for financial planners and their clients.
- Obtain policy information, documents, factsheets, illustrations, and product comparison quotes through appropriate sources.
- Maintain accurate client information and record client interaction on the back office system.
- Assist with the annual review process of existing clients.
- Provide administrative support on company projects as required.
Requirements:
- Experience of working with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organizational skills and a flexible approach to getting the job done.
- Previous experience of working within financial services.
- Knowledge of the Financial Services Industry.
