Job Title: Wealth Management Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Wealth Management Administrator to join our team at Artemis Recruitment Consultants Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and package financial planning reports for financial planners and their clients.
  2. Obtain policy information, documents, factsheets, illustrations, and product comparison quotes through appropriate sources.
  3. Maintain accurate client information and record client interaction on the back office system.
  4. Assist with the annual review process of existing clients.
  5. Provide administrative support on company projects as required.

Requirements:

  1. Experience of working with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  2. Excellent organizational skills and a flexible approach to getting the job done.
  3. Previous experience of working within financial services.
  4. Knowledge of the Financial Services Industry.
