Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide quality inbound and outbound telephone and email support to clients
  • Respond quickly and positively to client communications, ensuring timely resolution of queries and issues
  • Manage customer queries, processing orders, returns, and exchanges via email and telephone
  • Work closely with the Operations Team to improve customer experience and ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Invoice and quote from engineer reports, processing sales and purchase invoices
  • Plan and schedule maintenance and reactive works, ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction
  • Ad-hoc project work as required, supporting the team in achieving business objectives
Requirements:
  • A high standard of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to achieve deadlines required by the business, prioritizing tasks and managing workload effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with colleagues and external parties
  • At least two years' relevant experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
  • Five or more GCSEs, including maths and English to a minimum of 'C' level
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and meet end-of-month financial cut-off dates
