Academic Education Manager

Widener University is seeking a highly qualified Academic Education Manager to join our team. As a key member of our academic staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the fieldwork component of our Occupational Therapy Doctorate (OTD) Program.
Key Responsibilities:- Administer and oversee the fieldwork component of the OTD Program, including outreach to prospective sites and formulating contractual agreements.
- Collect, compile, and report pertinent fieldwork data and information required for program evaluation, accreditation, and curriculum decisions.
- Provide guidance and support to fieldwork educators and students, serving as a resource person for the fieldwork education community.
- Communicate activities, news, and other relevant information from the academic program to fieldwork settings.
- Graduated with a degree in occupational therapy from an accredited college or university.
- Earned a doctoral degree from an accredited college or university.
- Minimum of 3 years clinical experience in occupational therapy, including supervision of Level I and Level II fieldwork students.
- Teaching/academic experience preferred.
