About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Water Utilities team at RSK Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and executing projects to meet our clients' requirements, while ensuring the successful delivery of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of projects.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering value-added solutions.
  • Resource Management: Effectively manage project resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment, to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
  • Contract Management: Manage contracts with clients, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions, and delivering value-added solutions.
  • Team Leadership: Provide leadership, guidance, and direction to project team members, ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
Requirements
  • Professional Qualification: Possess a professional qualification in Project Management and/or an engineering discipline.
  • Project Management Experience: Proven experience in project management, with a track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Leadership Skills: Possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire project team members.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and project team members.
  • Technical Skills: Possess strong technical skills, with knowledge of project management tools and techniques.
