About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and direct teams of engineers and technicians to deliver high-quality design solutions for heavy civil engineering projects.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement integrated design solutions.
  • Establish and maintain quality assurance standards for design and analysis of heavy civil engineering structures.
  • Grow and develop the heavy civil engineering capability within the practice.
