Job Description
We're seeking a highly motivated and organized professional to join our Talent Management Department as a Talent Development Project Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in leading and implementing development concepts across the business, impacting the UK-wide operations and helping to optimize solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Roll out of international development concepts and embed them within our GB operations.
- Support the roll out of the annual performance review cycle.
- Design and implement development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Support the development of high-potential colleagues and identify opportunities for growth.
- Liaise with stakeholders across regions, head office, and international teams to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Deliver and facilitate training initiatives to drive business results.
- Manage systems to monitor training and talent records, tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement.
- Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks to support the team's objectives.
Requirements
- A genuine passion for employee development and a desire to make a positive impact on the business.
- Understanding and experience with talent-related concepts, with a focus on development and growth.
- Proactive and innovative thinking to challenge processes and identify opportunities for efficiency.
- Experience working with SuccessFactors Talent module is beneficial.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Adaptable communication skills to influence and motivate people across different hierarchical levels.
- Strong organizational skills to handle multiple topics and priorities.
- Experience presenting to senior teams and large audiences.
- A broad understanding of operational processes within Lidl GB.
