The Adviser Support Centre comprises a diverse group of professionals with varying levels of experience across multiple case types.

Given the variety of tasks we undertake, each day presents unique challenges, and our paraplanners serve as the crucial link between Advisers, Providers, and Business Assurance.

Position Summary

Level: 2

Department: Adviser Support - Distribution

Location: Remote Work

Contract Duration: 13 Months

A Junior Financial Planner will be expected to demonstrate a solid understanding of the financial advisory process. You will collaborate with seasoned paraplanners to assist the broader team in achieving its objectives.

Your development into a fully qualified and experienced paraplanner will occur over approximately two years through a blend of practical training and self-directed learning.

As a Junior Financial Planner within the Adviser Support Centre, you will engage closely with advisers and firms associated with QFP.

You will establish, nurture, and sustain robust relationships with these firms, producing comprehensive suitability reports that surpass the quality standards expected by QFP.

Utilizing research tools to analyze data, you will offer solutions tailored to meet clients' needs and objectives, providing evidence to support your research findings.

This role will also involve liaising with providers to gather information and managing central data systems and trackers, all while embracing digital methodologies to enhance efficiency.

This position offers the chance to collaborate with the broader QFA team, contributing to Quilter's strategic priorities.
