Key Responsibilities- Financial Planning: Assist in the development of comprehensive financial plans for clients, taking into account their individual needs and goals.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct research on investment options, financial products, and market trends to provide recommendations for financial strategies.
- Client Service: Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and follow-ups, ensuring exceptional service and building strong relationships.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of junior para-planners, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving financial planning processes, implementing changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Financial Planning Expertise: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and financial planning software, with relevant financial planning certifications (e.g., CII).
- Leadership and Project Management: Strong leadership and project management skills, with experience in managing teams and projects.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (desirable).
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in a financial planning or similar role, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality results.
- Competitive Salary: 50k-60k base salary + benefits.
- Hybrid Working: Hybrid working arrangement, with a mix of remote and office work.
