Position: IT Telesales Specialist (Outbound)

Reporting to: Sales Manager

Overview

  • Drive new business growth for our expanding organization through proactive outreach.
  • Establish and manage a fresh database of potential clients that align with our ideal customer profile.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales manager and team to meet and exceed sales objectives.
  • Opportunities for career advancement and enhancement of sales expertise are available.
  • A primary focus for new business leads will be associated with one of our Cyber Security partners.
  • Participate in industry events and online seminars.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct research to identify key decision-makers of prospective clients that fit our target demographic.
  • Engage in outbound cold calling to build a pipeline of potential clients and introduce our services.
  • Assess whether prospects have a genuine need for our products and services.
  • Convert cold calls into qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
  • Follow up with potential clients and maintain detailed records of all interactions and outcomes.
  • Regularly update and manage the CRM system with precise and relevant information regarding all prospects.
  • Achieve and surpass monthly targets for calls, leads, and appointments.
