Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Rexel USA Incorporated. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with our key customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage a portfolio of current customers and proactively target and develop new customers into profitable accounts.
  2. Provide excellent customer service to our key customers, responding to their needs and exceeding their expectations.
  3. Work closely with the wider branch team to ensure seamless customer service and support.
  4. Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the electrical products industry.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  3. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  5. Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to adjust to changing priorities and deadlines.
