Car Sales Executive Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Car Sales Executive to join our team at Command Recruitment. As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling new and used cars to retail customers, working closely with the sales manager to ensure a consistent approach to our sales process.

The Role:

  • Meet and greet customers, providing a full 360 sales approach to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Use our client's sales processes and effective enquiry management to take customers on a journey from initial welcome through to negotiation and close.
  • Work closely with the sales manager to ensure all customers are met with a consistent approach to our sales process.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Car sales experience from a main dealer or independent retailer background.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Motivated to achieve and exceed targets, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Influencing and negotiation skills, with the ability to identify and close sales.
  • Full UK driving licence.

The Package:

  • Market leading basic salary of 22,500, with top performers earning up to 65,000 OTE.

Working Hours:

  • 9am - 6pm Weekdays.
  • 9am - 5pm Saturday.
  • 10am - 4pm Sunday.
  • 1 day off (Monday to Friday).
  • 2/4 Sundays off.
