Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Practitioner to join our team in providing outstanding support to disabled children in the South East of Kent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with families and other agencies to provide care and support to disabled children.
  • Lead reflective practice sessions and supervise less experienced staff.
  • Champion good practice in working with children with disabilities.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective strategies for supporting disabled children.

Requirements

  • Experience in Child protection, Child in Need, and Children in care/court proceedings.
  • Social Work England registration with a social work degree.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
