Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the drinking water network and the water extraction process.
  • Plan and execute activities aimed at controlling leaks.
  • Conduct water quality sampling and analyze network data.
  • Organize maintenance and operational tasks for potable water.
  • Address customer inquiries related to water pressure and quality.
  • Monitor the potable water network for flow, pressure, and leakage.
  • Manage the operation and oversight of the fire network.
  • Supervise the daily functioning of reservoirs and water treatment facilities.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant qualifications or experience in water network and treatment operations or substantial experience in a water operations setting.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements within the water sector, especially concerning water quality.
  • Experience in valve/network control and isolation procedures.
  • Proficiency in water quality sampling.
  • Possession of a Water Hygiene Card (EUSR).
