Overview of the Senior Business Analyst Lead Position at Which?

The Senior Business Analyst Lead is a pivotal role within the Programme Management Office (PMO) at Which?, playing a crucial part in guiding the organization through transformative business initiatives and ensuring alignment with the three-year strategic vision. In this leadership position, you will be expected to question existing processes, encourage innovative thinking, and provide mentorship to junior analysts, thereby enhancing the effectiveness of the high-performing PMO team.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Actively communicate with and challenge stakeholders, facilitate meaningful discussions, and enhance collaboration among various internal teams and external partners.
  • Impactful Delivery: Thoroughly document business requirements, work closely with stakeholders to grasp their needs, influence the development of solutions, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Expertise in Technology: Possess a deep understanding of both current and emerging solutions, advocate for best practices, and ensure that all analytical outputs comply with regulatory standards.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will have a robust background in Business Analysis and a strong desire to enhance BA capabilities within the organization. You should be adept at collaborating with stakeholders, utilizing your technical BA expertise, and demonstrating a keen interest in acquiring knowledge about new processes and systems. Experience in IT-related projects is a prerequisite.
