The Senior Business Analyst Lead position plays a pivotal role within the Programme Management Office (PMO) at Which?, facilitating organizational transformation and ensuring alignment of projects with the three-year strategic vision. In this leadership role, you will question existing practices, encourage innovative thinking, and guide junior analysts, significantly contributing to the strategic objectives of the high-performing PMO team.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Actively engage with stakeholders, challenge existing assumptions, lead discussions, and enhance collaboration across internal teams and external partners.
  • Impactful Delivery: Thoroughly document business requirements, work closely with stakeholders to comprehend their needs, influence potential solutions, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Expertise in Technology: Gain a comprehensive understanding of current and emerging solutions, advocate for best practices, and ensure that analytical outputs comply with regulatory standards.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in Business Analysis and a commitment to enhancing BA capabilities. You should demonstrate effective collaboration with stakeholders, utilize your technical BA expertise, and exhibit a strong desire to learn about new processes and systems. Experience in IT-related initiatives is a prerequisite.
