Position Overview

RBW Consulting is seeking a Lead IT Business Analyst to enhance our client's operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will collaborate with IT departments and business divisions, ensuring seamless service delivery and integration. This position is suited for a seasoned Business Analyst with expertise in assessing new technologies, engaging with key stakeholders to evaluate and validate these technologies, and articulating insights to executive leadership.

The successful applicant will have a track record of liaising with prospective software providers, conducting thorough assessments of third-party applications, generating analytical reports, and presenting findings to upper management. Familiarity with Electronic Data Processing (EDP) systems and experience in PowerBI migration initiatives are essential.

Key Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years in a senior Business Analyst role.
  • Proficient in analyzing evaluation initiatives to ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Ability to develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and milestones, ensuring timely and budget-compliant deliverables.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects within a matrix organizational structure.
  • Expertise in coordinating and leading workshops with diverse stakeholders.
  • Outstanding communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts into business language.
  • Experience collaborating with offshore technical teams.
  • Results-oriented, with a focus on delivering effective business solutions.
  • A collaborative team player.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and a solid understanding of data governance frameworks and ITIL practices.
