Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Support Specialist to provide comprehensive administrative support to our Head of HR. This role is crucial in delivering an efficient HR function and requires a professional with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Draft and Post Job Advertisements: Develop and post job advertisements to attract top talent, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  2. Recruitment Support: Assist with the recruitment process by sifting through CVs, liaising with recruiters, and scheduling interviews, ensuring timely completion and follow-up.
  3. Onboarding and Offboarding: Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and other onboarding documentation, conduct reference checks, and manage the offboarding process for exiting employees.
  4. HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records in the HR system, ensure data confidentiality, and administer employee training and development activities.
  5. Employee Engagement: Organize internal employee events and training sessions, facilitate the internal performance review process, and participate in HR projects.
  6. Support to the Head of HR: Provide general administrative support to the Head of HR, attend weekly global HR team meetings, and undertake training as required.
