Role Overview

Engage in a horticultural training program through idverde's dedicated performance campus, where you will explore the field of horticulture over a two-year period. This educational journey will be complemented by hands-on experience in the field, allowing you to apply theoretical knowledge practically. No prior gardening experience is necessary to apply for this program.

Candidate Profile

  • GCSE in English and Maths is preferred (Grade C or 4 or above).
  • A sincere enthusiasm for outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
  • Willingness to participate in training and evaluations as part of the apprenticeship.
  • Openness to ongoing education and training opportunities.
  • Desire to learn the safe use of various gardening and landscaping tools and equipment.
