About the Position

As a Trainee Landscape Maintenance Technician, you will embark on a horticultural training program through idverde's dedicated performance campus. Over the span of two years, you will engage in studying horticulture, which will enhance the practical experience you will acquire on-site, enabling you to apply theoretical knowledge effectively. This opportunity is open to individuals regardless of prior gardening experience.

Candidate Requirements

  • GCSE in English and Maths is preferred (Grade C or 4 or above).
  • A sincere enthusiasm for outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
  • Commitment to participate in training and evaluations as part of the apprenticeship.
  • Willingness to pursue ongoing education and training opportunities.
  • Desire to learn the safe operation of various gardening and landscaping tools and machinery.
