About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team at E Gruppe. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and success through data-driven insights and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Reporting Solutions
    • Design and develop reporting solutions using SQL Server Management Studio, Power BI, and other relevant tools to meet business needs and requirements.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop reports that provide actionable insights.
  • Analyze and Interpret Performance Data
    • Analyze and interpret performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
    • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide stakeholders with timely and accurate information.
  • Ensure Data Governance and Quality
    • Ensure that data is accurate, complete, and consistent across all systems and reports.
    • Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality and integrity.
Requirements
  • Experience and Skills
    • Proven experience in building analytical and visualization models using SQL, Power BI, Excel, Access, and other relevant tools.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Education and Certifications
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, computer science, or mathematics.
    • Relevant certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate or Certified Business Intelligence Analyst.
  • Soft Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
    • Strong influencing and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships and drive business outcomes.
