Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Consultant, you will play a vital role in providing a welcoming and efficient reception, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of service quality and supporting ongoing process enhancements.
Core Duties:
- Warmly greet all customers and promptly address their needs.
- Collect and document comprehensive customer and vehicle information, along with precise details of the required services.
- Coordinate with the Senior Service Consultant or Service Manager regarding the status of vehicles in the workshop.
- Communicate any delays in service completion to customers.
- Manage the workshop loading system effectively.
- Notify customers of any uncompleted work and schedule future appointments for necessary services.
- Prepare invoices for both cash and account customers.
- Present invoices to cash customers and process payments prior to vehicle release.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Ensure warranty information is accurately recorded on job cards.
- Collaborate with the Parts Department regarding parts orders for vehicles in service.
- Maintain organized filing of job cards and related documentation.
- Assist in achieving sales targets as outlined by the Aftersales Service Manager.
