Collections Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Collections Advisor to join our team at Frasers Group Financial Services.
This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, working with a leading financial services company.
As a Collections Advisor, you will be responsible for reviewing accounts and contacting customers who have missed payments to discuss their financial options and provide support to help them get back on track.
You will work closely with our customers to understand their situation and provide empathetic and professional support to help them resolve their financial issues.
This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet performance metrics.
We are looking for a self-motivated and team-oriented individual who is able to build rapport with customers and provide a high level of service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review accounts and contact customers who have missed payments
- Discuss financial options with customers and provide support to help them get back on track
- Work closely with customers to understand their situation and provide empathetic and professional support
- Meet performance metrics and work in a target-driven environment
Requirements:
- Experience of working in a financial services or customer service environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet performance metrics
- Self-motivated and team-oriented individual
