About the Role

At Broadridge, we are dedicated to fostering a collaborative environment where professionals can thrive. We are currently seeking a skilled Infrastructure Engineer with a strong background in Infoblox and Microsoft DNS, coupled with a comprehensive understanding of Active Directory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect, implement, and sustain DNS solutions utilizing Microsoft DNS, Infoblox, and BIND technologies to meet organizational objectives.
  • Manage and configure DNS settings, including resource records, zones, DNS views, and policies to ensure precision, consistency, and adherence to standards.
  • Quickly identify and rectify DNS-related challenges to minimize service interruptions and maintain high availability.
  • Establish security protocols to safeguard DNS infrastructure against potential threats while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
  • Collaborate with the Active Directory team to ensure seamless integration of DNS services within the Active Directory framework.
  • Monitor and enhance DNS performance while maintaining thorough documentation of DNS configurations and processes.
  • Anticipate future DNS infrastructure needs to effectively support business expansion.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to address DNS-related requirements and facilitate organizational initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience as an Infrastructure Engineer with a focus on Microsoft and Infoblox DNS technologies.
  • In-depth knowledge of DNS principles, protocols, and standards.
  • Practical experience with Infoblox Grid architecture and automation through scripting.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for DNS-related issues and foundational networking.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
  • Capability to produce detailed technical documentation.
  • Relevant industry certifications are a plus.
