About the Role

Biscuiteers, a luxury gifting brand, is seeking a highly skilled Senior CRM Marketing Executive to join their team. As a key member of the marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Management: Oversee the overall email, SMS, and push strategy to deliver engaging content on a weekly basis, aligned with the seasonal marketing calendar.
  • CRM Strategy: Execute CRM communications against the customer segmentation strategy, manage lifecycle campaigns across all CRM channels, and manage transactional campaigns (including those hosted in SendGrid) across all CRM channels.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Report on channel performance to the wider team, providing insights to inform future marketing strategies.
  • Creative Execution: Ensure all email content is in line with brand creative and copy, championing best practice, content ideas, and new technologies, working with the ESP provider.
  • Database Management: Measure and encourage database growth, manage all data uploads, data clean-ups, and data accuracy.
  • Agency and Platform Management: Manage the relationship with Ometria to ensure the best technical setup possible.
Requirements
  • A proven experience in CRM and email marketing roles, with a strong background in retail.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and CRM software.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • A Degree or Master's degree is a plus.
  • Certifications in digital marketing, such as Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint, are a plus.
