CRM Strategy Executive - Retail/Nutrition Sector

About the Role:
This newly created position is crucial for the brand's growth, and you will be part of a dedicated in-house marketing team. As a CRM Strategy Executive, you will leverage your exceptional organizational and analytical skills to transform data into actionable strategies that enhance customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the optimization of CRM systems to enhance customer relationship management and marketing efforts.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of customer data, adhering to compliance standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to ensure unified messaging and strategy.
- Analyze customer data to uncover trends and opportunities for program enhancement.
- Prepare and deliver insightful performance reports to senior leadership.

- A minimum of three years of experience in customer loyalty or CRM management.
