The Senior CRM Executive is responsible for the planning, execution and analysis of CRM campaigns across our Sports betting and rapidly growing Casino products. You’ll join the UK CRM team who take ownership of optimising all stages of the customer lifecycle to drive engagement, conversion and retention, whilst ensuring customers are playing in a safe and responsible manner.

You will be responsible for:

- Keeping on top of the sporting calendar, market trends, and Casino new game releases and leveraging to drive retention.
- Plan, execute and analyse promotions to drive incremental value to the bottom-line. Constantly delivering creativity and new ideas to our promotional schedule.
- Champion both exclusive and network Casino promotions - co-ordinating with the Casino and central teams to ensure we are utilising the tools and features at our disposal.
- Managing projects with involvement in all CRM processes starting from planning up until execution and then reporting.
- Presenting marketing plans and analysis to Senior Stakeholders and the wider company. With a ‘one-team’ mindset, we can both learn from and educate other country teams at Betway.
- Ensuring all marketing communications meet Gambling and Advertising Regulatory requirements, always putting customer safety as top priority.
- Being hands on with maintenance of the variety of automated journeys we have live and looking to enhance them when applicable.
- Managing content creation with the help of the creative department.
- Troubleshooting all workflows when an issue arises.
- Reviewing and reporting on campaigns, looking to spot trends and opportunities.
- Implement personalisation strategies based on a data driven approach.
- Competitor analysis to better understand our positioning in the market and our use of marketing tools.

You will have (Essential skills):

- Strong UK Sports and Casino Knowledge
- Strong numerical & analytical skills with a real attention to detail
- A passion for CRM and data insights
- Project management and delivery focused
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple assignments whilst liaising with a variety of stakeholders
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Content Builder, Journey Builder etc.) or similar
- Verbal and written English
- _ All behavioural competencies are also essential_

It would be a bonus if you also had (Desirable skills):

- Experience in the Betting Industry
- Advanced knowledge in Football, Horse Racing, Tennis And Cricket
- Exposure and good knowledge of a promotional tool, content management system and/or HTML
- Strong problem-solving skills in understanding and diagnosing solutions.
- Experience with excel in some capacity
