About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Asset Planning Specialist to join our team at Vistry Group PLC. As a key member of our Land Department, you will be responsible for managing the acquisition and maintenance of our land assets, ensuring a strong balance sheet and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Land Asset Management: Facilitate the purchase of land assets, manage the planning process, and maintain a healthy land bank to meet business needs.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research, gather competitor knowledge, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Financial Management: Monitor costs, ensure budget compliance, and approve invoices for the Land Department.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Regional Management Team, Technical Department, and key stakeholders to drive business objectives.
  • Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of regional business strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree in Estate Management or equivalent.
  • Experience: Proven senior experience in Land & Planning for a PLC developer, with a demonstrable track record of buying land in the regional area.
  • Skills: Strong mathematical and IT abilities, excellent negotiation and networking skills, and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
  • Personal Qualities: Discretion and integrity in attitude and approach, with the ability to work under pressure and maintain a high degree of accuracy.
