Job Summary

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Administrator to join our team. As a Client Administrator, you will provide administrative support to our Financial Planners, ensuring seamless client experiences and adherence to regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Financial Planners to deliver exceptional client service and support.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing proactive communication and management throughout the client journey.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and back-office systems, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Liaise with operational teams to provide support on various activities, including policy information requests and account management.
  • Prepare meeting packs and valuations, and collaborate with Investment Managers on Dual Expert cases.

Requirements

  • National 5 (N5) Grade C in Maths and English or above, or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Strong client service ethic, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and use judgment to propose solutions to problems.
