Your Role
As a Lean Portfolio Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping our technology strategy and value proposition. Reporting to the Director of E UK PLC Tech, you will collaborate closely with key leaders across Product, Engineering, Data, and Information Security.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:

  • Process Ownership: Define, execute, and continuously improve the portfolio management process.
  • Strategic Alignment: Ensure alignment of strategy and objectives across the portfolio.
  • Value Framework: Develop and maintain a value and priority framework that aligns with our corporate strategy.
  • Roadmap Management: Facilitate and uphold the portfolio roadmap.

Value Generation
Partner with go-to-market and commercial teams to optimize the portfolio structure for maximum efficiency and value.

Supporting Activities
Collaborate with teams to create and implement capacity plans, coach product managers for investment reviews, and enhance the tools and metrics that support the portfolio process.

Are You the Right Fit?
We are looking for candidates with:

  • 3+ years of experience in product management, agile methodologies, and coaching.
  • 2+ years of executing lean portfolio management processes or similar frameworks.
  • 2+ years of experience in strategic business and IT planning.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Asana or Jira.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with teams and stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A relevant degree or certifications are advantageous.
