DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER INDEPENDENT RESTAURANT GROUP SOUTH LOND0N £45,000.00

We are currently looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to oversee 3 Restaurants and a Hotel with further sites coming in 2025. You will be working on and for a very well established set of Destination offerings from a highly thought of Chef led company, with an already big following and frequented by a customer base that return again and again and are very loyal having watched the growth over the past 15 years or so.


A Digital Marketing obsessive. Youre completely immersed in and excited by all platforms and current digital marketing trends and have previously excelled in the digital sphere. Data-driven. Research and analysis of the market and relevant trends will underpin your work, ensuring our digital strategy is implemented successfully in every single area of the business.

You will be motivated by results driven marketing and be skilled in analysing and adapting to data. Insightful. The ability to really understand our people, brand and culture is essential. You must be able to show strong and sound editorial judgment. Versatile.

Youll be a natural self-starter, creating your own work with an entrepreneurial mindset, and a collaborative team player, capable of working alongside a variety of teams across the Central Office, restaurants and beyond .Curious.

Work closely with the Directors & Operations Manager to create and implement an ambitious digital marketing strategy that supports our brand identities and future business growth.

  • Create original, persuasive and compelling marketing materials, assets and flawless copy for social media, newsletters, brochures and websites.
  • Specialise in Instagram, LinkedIn and Tik Tok and strategically manage our digital marketing portfolio. Youll build a comprehensive and dynamic digital strategy that will drive our business as we continue to grow.
  • Meet KPIs and targets for each brand, while ensuring brand standards are always maintained.
  • You will conduct research and analysis to collect data, using your findings to develop our social-media growth and deliver monthly strategy evaluations to the Directors and Operations team.
  • Manage & leverage relationships with social media influencers to support the growth & exposure of our social media channels.
  • Work closely with the Creative Director on delivering and executing the digital strategy that supports our outsourced Public Relations.
  • Our businesses are operational 7 days a week and it is essential that you can occasionally work outside of normal office hours.

  • Highly skilled and knowledgeable of the digital marketing scene.

    • Brand strategist experience in the launch of a new product or business is highly desirable.
    • Exceptional communication & copywriting skills.
    • Highly organised, analytical and able to efficiently drive work both within a group and standalone.
    • Creative thinking and flair paired with technical expertise. Youll be fully literate in tools such as Canva, Planoly and Adobe Creative Cloud.
