Your Role

Join us at our new Passenger Vehicle facility in the Heathrow region as a Parts Team Leader. We are seeking a skilled and committed individual to help propel this new venture within our organization.

We are in search of a candidate who is enthusiastic about leading a team and providing outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate will supervise a small group to manage and optimize parts inventory and sales while approaching the role with a business-oriented mindset, handling inquiries, and selling parts effectively.

In your daily responsibilities, you will:

  • Oversee a small team to ensure exceptional customer service, manage and enhance parts inventory and sales.
  • Address incoming inquiries related to parts sales.
  • Assist customers with parts inquiries and identify opportunities for upselling.
  • Monitor and log all incoming and outgoing parts from the central hub.
  • Source available parts and employ creative solutions to keep customer vehicles operational.
  • Manage parts payment collection and ensure accurate billing for all parts.
  • Package and return parts to the manufacturer as needed.
  • Consult parts manuals to determine the correct components for various vehicle makes, models, and years.

This position is ideal for you if:

  • You possess prior experience in a leadership capacity or in a parts-related role within the automotive sector.
  • You have excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Experience in retail and phone communication is advantageous.
  • You are proficient with technology and computer systems.
  • You can utilize all relevant modules of Keyloop/Kerridge.
