Position: Certified Aircraft Maintenance Team Leader

Location: Heathrow, UK

Working Hours: Full time - 12-hour shifts, 4 days on, 4 days off

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the safety of personnel and passengers
  • Organize and manage shift schedules
  • Oversee inventory management and logistics
  • Plan and execute preventive maintenance tasks
  • Communicate effectively with clients and airport officials
  • Conduct on-board maintenance as necessary
  • Recruit, train, supervise, and assess team members as required
  • Address challenges with innovative and practical solutions
  • Exhibit strong conflict resolution abilities

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Experience in Aircraft Line Maintenance
  • Understanding of Safety Management principles in Aviation
  • Possession of relevant regulatory licenses
  • Prior experience in a supervisory role
  • Competence in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
