Position: Certified Aircraft Maintenance Team Leader

Location: Heathrow, UK

Working Hours: Full time - 12-hour shifts, rotating schedule

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the safety and well-being of both team members and passengers
  • Organize and oversee shift schedules
  • Manage inventory and logistics effectively
  • Coordinate scheduled maintenance tasks
  • Communicate with clients and airport officials
  • Conduct on-board maintenance as necessary
  • Recruit, mentor, and assess team members when applicable
  • Address challenges with innovative and practical solutions
  • Exhibit strong conflict resolution abilities

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Experience in Aircraft Line Maintenance
  • Understanding of Safety Management Systems in Aviation
  • Possession of relevant regulatory certifications
  • Prior experience in a supervisory role
  • Competence in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
