Job Title: ULD Load Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced ULD Load Specialist to join our team at Heathrow. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and controlling ULD stock, monitoring and controlling inventory and stock airside and for the cargo division, and improving ULD revenue within the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and control ULD stock to ensure optimal utilization and minimize losses.
- Monitor and control inventory and stock airside and for the cargo division to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
- Improve ULD revenue within the business by identifying opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
- Monitor the ULD mailbox to ensure timely and accurate communication with stakeholders.
- Generate reports on flight departures based on passenger levels, cargo ULD builds, and aircraft types to inform business decisions.
- Negotiate budgets with Cargo managers to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Analyze data and reports on any damages to equipment and ensure turnaround timings are adhered to by repair agents.
- Generate invoices to customers for any damages and ensure all records are kept up to date.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Cargo managers and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 18-24 months experience in aviation/cargo or airline industry.
- Strong PC skills in Excel and Word.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and reports to inform business decisions.
Working Hours:
Tuesday - Sunday / Monday - Saturday 9.00AM - 17.30PM
