About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Parts Supervisor to join our team at Rygor Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising a small team to deliver exceptional customer service, control and maximise part stocks and sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a small team to deliver exceptional customer service and control part stocks and sales.
  • Handle incoming parts sales enquiries and provide accurate information to customers.
  • Assist customers with parts enquiries and identify opportunities for upselling.
  • Track and book in all incoming or outgoing parts from the hub.
  • Locate available parts and think creatively to ensure customer vehicles are kept on the road.
  • Handle parts payment collection and ensure all parts are billed accurately.
  • Package and ship parts back to the manufacturer.
  • Refer to parts manuals to identify the correct part for vehicles being serviced.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a leadership role or in a parts position within the automotive industry.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
  • Retail and phone experience is desirable.
  • Computer literacy and confidence using technology.
  • Ability to use all relevant modules of Keyloop/Kerridge.
