We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our Construction Team at McDonald's UK (Corporate). As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing construction projects for our company, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the full lifecycle of construction projects, from scoping and design to completion.
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including franchisees, operations teams, and external consultants.
- Ensure that projects are delivered in accordance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating any risks or issues that may impact project delivery.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in a retail or QSR environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
- Commercially astute, with a strong understanding of construction costs, timelines, and quality standards.
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality and accuracy.
