As a Project Manager, you will lead and manage the successful delivery of projects, working across various technology themes and industry sectors.

- Lead and manage project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring that projects are delivered safely and efficiently.
- Manage project scope, resources, and timelines to ensure that projects are delivered to the required standards.
- Contribute to the development of new technologies and processes, improving the efficiency and effectiveness of our clients' businesses.

Essential Skills/Qualifications/Experience
- A strong leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritising tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
Desirable Skills/Qualifications/Experience
- Experience in a research and development environment, with a strong understanding of manufacturing technologies and processes.
- Knowledge of project management tools and techniques, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Association of Project Management (APM) qualification or equivalent.
