This position involves part-time hours, specifically 15 hours per week, with scheduled shifts from Monday to Friday. As a vital front-line representative of our practice, you will assist patients in navigating healthcare services, maintain accurate health records, and ensure efficient management of appointment scheduling.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and guide all patients upon arrival.
  • Schedule appointments and distribute appointment cards as necessary.
  • Process prescriptions, letters, completed forms, and specimen bottles.
  • Address inquiries and manage any issues or complaints.
  • Inform patients about practice protocols.
  • Register new patients efficiently.
  • Answer phone calls promptly and professionally.

The Knares Medical Practice is part of the West Basildon Primary Care Network (PCN). Our team is committed to providing the highest standard of patient-centered healthcare. We offer a range of clinics for chronic disease management, including asthma and diabetes, alongside various medical services such as antenatal and postnatal care, minor surgical procedures, childhood vaccinations, and routine health check-ups.
