Receptionist Opportunity at THE PIG Hotels

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Receptionist to join our front of house team at THE PIG Hotels in Swanage, Dorset.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to hotel guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Manage the front desk, handling check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries.
  • Communicate effectively with hotel staff, responding to emails and phone calls in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records and perform administrative tasks as required.

  • Part-time hours, 30 hours per week, over 5 days.
