We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Receptionist to join our front-of-house team at THE PIG Hotels in Swanage, Dorset.
About the RoleAs a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our hotel guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a warm welcome to our guests. You will be responsible for managing the front desk, handling incoming calls, responding to emails, and maintaining communication with all departments within the hotel.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to hotel guests
- Manage the front desk, including check-in and check-out procedures
- Handle incoming calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain communication with all departments within the hotel
- Work collaboratively with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service delivery
