Suttle & Co Accountants are looking for a friendly Receptionist to manage our front desk and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.

We are looking for someone who is organised, able to multi-task, with good IT skills, and someone who can confidently and politely deal with clients.

We are looking someone available to work at least 30 hours a week, some flexibility is required.

**Duties include**
- Answer all incoming telephone calls and direct them appropriately
- Create new client records and keep the database up to date
- Book appointments and manage the calendar
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, scanning, post etc
- Processing card payments, banking etc
- Other administrative tasks as required

**Other information**
- Experience preferred, but not essential.
- There will be a 3 month probation period.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: £10.00-£11.00 per hour
