We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Receptionist to join our front-of-house team at THE PIG Hotels. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage the front desk, handling check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues across departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Process transactions, handle payments, and maintain accurate records.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
